I changed the cost for each allied countries to 0, but it seems to work only in skirmish. I was able to run the game on XP and Vista normally but my current win 7 64 bit needed this version so bad. But people have been running into trouble with it so Im gonna find a fix to evade registration. Now the game requires that you register the game with the DVD, after that you can go no CD. First i'd like to say a big thank you for this installer, it's great. Make a separate bottle for Red Alert 3 since this will break other games.
